Kumar Buvanendaran has over 30 years of experience building and overseeing senior leadership teams, setting and instituting organizational strategy, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions throughout the United States and overseas. As former President and CEO of PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), a $70M architecture, engineering, and construction management (AEC) firm operating in 18 offices across ten states, Kumar oversaw its accelerated growth and transformation to embed full-service AEC capabilities into PRIME AE’s core business—while maintaining its culture, vision, and values—and its ranking for eight consecutive years in Engineering News-Record Top 500 Design Firms among other industry publications and rankings.

As Executive Chairman and CEO of 3SG Plus, an $8M technology solutions firm operating in the Midwest and India, Kumar maximized operations and financial performance by successfully improving organizational effectiveness, executing turnarounds, and designing growth programs to realize a substantial profit. The company is now on a growth trajectory.

Kumar prides himself on his collaborative management style, ensuring the right team is in place, exemplary business development efforts are made, and the operations run seamlessly. In addition, he supports a work culture that centers around employee and client satisfaction yielding long-term sustainability for growth and performance.

Kumar volunteers his experience as a pragmatic strategist and entrepreneur to many start-up companies. He is an advisor and sits on their board of directors to shape the company's growth and strategy. He serves on the NewHOLD AEC, 3SG Plus, nVentures, Niftron, Arogya Life, and My Journey Pickleball boards.
